Assignment submitted, too sick for the a 21st in the city and keen to just get out of the house on a Friday night, I went with my big bro for a local feed at one of the gems of Sydney South West, Al Barakeh. Better than El Jannahs. And Charcoal Kingdom ;)

Also managed to catch up with the high school girls over some Moochi rip off, which wasn’t surprisingly bad either! I promise I will work it off tomorrow…

Exhaustion to the point your body refuses to let you wake up until lunch the next day is strong indication that you needed last night to get the stress of the week, out of your system. The night began with dinner at Sushi Rio near China Town (quality of the food never disappoints) followed by rounds and endless laughs at the Arthouse with some of the best people in my life right now. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Every Thurs feels like a day off to me- it’s the only day I get to sleep in till 9 since I start uni at 12. Wish I’d woken up earlier today though, it’s such a glorious day!

New goal! A new handbag ;) haha no, I figured it’s about time I refine my image, starting with my every day language. Those of you who do know me well enough know I have quite a cheeky mouth so this will definitely be a challenge! Time to put in some change towards better things :) I’ve got my heart set on the Cancer Council to put this money towards.

Retail therapy is possibly the best way to end the long week (which is pretty much every week). I hit up Fashion Weekend last night with a bunch of the girls, each leaving with incredibly sore legs and arms from the intense shopping but also sporting huge grins.

This week I also managed to catch the med revue. A bunch of us came in support of Fiona Ho in her Jigglypuff costume and child birthing and all the singing and dancing. It was admittedly funnier than I’d anticipated but no seriously … med students are filthy minded like you wouldn’t believe!
