Sunday lunch with the extended family - and boy do I have a lot of family! I think people often forget how to appreciate their family and don’t spend enough time with them to nurture that intimate relationship. I’m usually always on the go and barely have enough contact time with my mum, but I always ensure to give her at least an hour of my time for a proper heart to heart conversation every day over dinner. Friends are family you get to choose to have in your life, but family is for life.
(Above) My aunt made these gorgeously soft profiteroles for us and I just couldn’t help but treat myself to two! This weekend has been a real sugar overdrive!
